The Grumpmeter helps people create awareness of feelings and habits of self-regulation, and strengthens behavior and learning—across the curriculum and throughout the school community. Using the Grumpmeter fosters compassionate communication and connection, which in turn enhances learning. Teachers use it as an academic assessment tool in math/science, a tool to enhance literacy, inquiry, and problem-solving, and for preventing disruptive or unsafe behaviors.
